把 SRT 或文字稿翻成另一种语言（或双语 SRT），并重新切分，让每条字幕都停在真正的标点上。简体中文和英文是一等目标。只处理文字，不做配音、不烧录。
视频本地化配方第 2 步（翻译文字），来自 jianshuo/claude-skills 的 wjs-translating-subtitles（一套 13 个视频制作 skill 之一）。输入源语言 SRT，输出目标语或双语 SRT。按意思翻译，用适合阅读速度的字幕语言（中文每行约 15 字、英文约 40–42 字符，最多两行），保留人名、品牌、数字和语气，删掉机翻常塞进中文的“这/那”，再把 Whisper 按换气切的字幕重新切分，让每条都在标点处结束，必要时拆分或合并并按字符插值时间码。输出严格遵守 SRT 规则（顺序编号、逗号毫秒、不重叠）。烧录和配音是另外的 skill。
