Awesome-Journal-Skills

支持平台包括 PDR/Wiley 投稿流程、FAIRsharing.org 和 re3data.org 等仓库推荐工具。

PDR / Wiley

可通过 FAIRsharing.org 或 re3data.org 查找仓库。

  • 代码添加注释并记录软件/包版本(renv.lock / requirements.txt / 安装说明)

Use when preparing the data-availability statement and the data/code archive for a Conservation Biology manuscript. The journal (Wiley/SCB) requires a data-availability statement for research/synthesis articles, encourages data sharing, and requires sensitive species data to be protected. Prepares the package; it does not waive requirements.

brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills

Use when preparing the data-availability statement and reproducibility materials for a Demography (PAA / Duke University Press) manuscript. Demography requires a data availability statement at acceptance with persistent identifiers and encourages reproducible, commented code; it hosts no repository, so authors deposit in a FAIR repository. Covers restricted-data exemptions. Prepares the materials; it does not waive requirements.

brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills

Use when preparing the Data Availability Statement and replication materials for a Governance: An International Journal of Policy, Administration, and Institutions manuscript. Governance requires the statement (mandatory) and encourages sharing data/code in a DOI-citable repository, but does not run a verified pre-publication reproduction check like APSR. Builds the statement and materials; it does not waive requirements.

brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills

Use when preparing the replication/transparency materials for an International Organization (IO) manuscript. IO's signature requirement is verification BEFORE final acceptance — the editorial staff request data and code at conditional acceptance, IO staff re-run quantitative results and check proofs of formal models, and editors withhold final acceptance until all reported results are confirmed; materials then deposit to the IO Dataverse with a DOI and a Data Availability Statement. Prepares the package; it does not waive requirements.

brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills

Use when preparing the replication / transparency materials for a Journal of Policy Analysis and Management (JPAM) manuscript — depositing data and code in a public repository so the reported results can be reproduced, with an honest exemption path for restricted administrative data. Prepares the package; it does not waive requirements.

brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills

Use when preparing the transparency materials for a Public Opinion Quarterly (POQ) manuscript — the AAPOR-standard "Appendix A: Disclosure Elements", the replication package deposited to POQ's Harvard Dataverse, and the Data Availability Statement. POQ requires materials that reproduce exactly all published tables and figures, archived before typesetting. Prepares the materials; it does not waive requirements.
