이 스킬은 COROS 운동 기기와 AI 클라이언트(예: Claude Code, Cursor)를 연결하는 공식 MCP(Model Context Protocol) 서버입니다. 사용자는 AI 에이전트를 통해 자신의 운동 기록, 심박수, 수면 데이터, 활동 요약 등 건강 및 피트니스 데이터를 직접 조회하고 분석할 수 있습니다.
