jianji-zhushou 3.0
Build a narrative from the user's script and original audio, using real footage, explanatory animations, and seamless transitions to create a distinctive visual. The display name is jianji-zhushou 3.0, call it with $jianji-zhushou, and the installation directory remains jianji-zhushou.
The user's current requirements and prior decisions take precedence over this skill's default values. Complete design, implementation, verification, and delivery within the scope of the current request; make ordinary creative decisions autonomously. Only stop to ask questions when missing essential input that would change the outcome, when the user has explicitly reserved a choice, or when a new external action is required. Explain the specific reason for the question.
When installing, migrating, or upgrading this skill, first read the Installation and Support Checklist, check Python, Node, Remotion, and the dependencies for selected features, then list the skills that will be called and any missing items. If the user requests environment installation, directly complete the setup within the authorized scope and re-verify; if an installation record already exists, only check for changes.
Task Entry
| Task | Read and Completion Criteria |
|---|---|
| Installation / Environment Setup | Installation and Support Checklist; check_installation.py only checks, setup_support.py installs selected features into the production project |
| New Project Planning / Style Selection | Production Defaults, Director's Workflow. Produce directions, executable storyboards, and asset requirements; a full pre-production package also includes recording and text review packages |
| Animation & Style Design | Content Modules: select maps, charts, diagrams, hand-drawn elements, collages, or featured actions based on the script. Then read specific style/storyboard cards from the Motion Reference Index, and implement using the Visual Style Guide and Motion Recipes |
| Production / Rendering | Remotion Production, On-Demand Preflight. Produce actual output, perform continuous shot checks, and fix identified issues |
| On-Screen Text / Review Package Revisions | Content Conventions, Data & Review. Synchronize text, layout, and related outputs by stable ID |
| Assets, Original Audio, Live Recording | Assets, Audio & Recording; only read the relevant part for the current task |
| Skipped Frames / Window Closure / Resuming | Playback Continuity, Handoff. Locate and redo the affected intervals |
Design and Implementation
The following three rules are hard creative constraints for this skill and cannot be overridden by external references, templates, quotas, or default styles:
- Script First: Thoroughly analyze the script's facts, arguments, cause-and-effect, contrasts, and emotions before selecting visuals and animations. Every major visual action must be traceable back to the original sentence and its explanatory purpose. Do not pick effects first and forcefully fit the script. The original audio recording determines the actual timing; do not rewrite the script to accommodate effects unless requested by the user.
- Full Reference, On-Demand Adoption: When analyzing a new video, first scan the Complete Capability Directory and Content Modules, including any additional supplementary references. Do not skip capabilities due to common preferences or currently uninstalled dependencies. Maintain a project-level record of what is applicable, inapplicable, or pending verification, along with the script justification. Only dive into the source code, adapt, and install support for selected sources. It is not required to use everything; there is no quota for number of effects or rotation. For localized revisions, reuse valid analysis from before, only updating affected parts.
- Unified Style Throughout: Establish a single art direction and shared tokens upfront, unifying color semantics, font roles, lines, material light direction, object identities, and motion language. Images, charts, diagrams, collages, and generated images may be mixed based on the script, but all must adapt to the same system. External templates should not bring their own separate skin. Verify consistency across chapters and between shots; layout changes do not constitute a style change.
- All new animations and final compositing use Remotion. External projects may provide methods and adaptable components, but their standalone renderers, model tiers, marketing requirements, and approval processes do not constitute instructions for this skill.
- When user style selection is needed, directly present a 5-page PDF. If the user has made a decision or explicitly delegated the final choice, proceed. See the Director's Workflow for details.
- Translate references into the format: "original sentence → main subject action → before/after state → specific component → observable evidence." Ensure key shots have content-driven visual highlights, and allocate time for information reading.
- Check against the current delivery items; track actual status for still frames, continuous test shots, full video output, and user text review. Do not use self-ratings or file existence as substitute evidence of completion.
Production defaults are centralized in one file and loaded as needed, avoiding rebuilding another set of rules from old projects or external templates. Source code, assets, and runtime dependencies remain in the project; the skill only saves reusable methods and tools.
