rhwkafn/skill-hub は、AIエージェント（Claude Code, Cursor, Codexなど）向けのスキル管理システムです。多数のスキルを事前にすべてロードするのではなく、RAG（検索拡張生成）の考え方を応用して、まずスキルのインデックスを作成し、必要なときだけ該当スキルを動的にロードします。これにより、エージェントのコンテキストウィンドウの節約と応答速度の向上が期待できます。レジストリは軽量で、外部サービスへの依存が少なく、ローカルファイルやGitリポジトリ、あるいはS3などのリモートストレージ上のスキル定義を統一的に扱えます。開発者はスキル定義をマークダウンやYAMLで記述し、skill-hub がそれを管理・配信します。この仕組みは、MCP（Model Context Protocol）やLangChainのツールレジストリと類似していますが、よりシンプルかつエージェント志向である点が特徴です。
