このスキルは、Codex（コード生成AIエージェント）上で動作し、GitHubリポジトリ内の「エージェントスキル」（.mdファイルなどで定義されたAIエージェントの機能定義）を、単なるキーワード検索ではなく「深く検索、調査、ランク付け」するためのものです。具体的には、特定のタスクに適したスキルを探す際、各スキルのREADMEやドキュメントの内容を分析し、そのスキルが実際に提供する機能の質、メンテナンス状況、コミュニティの評価（スター数やIssueの解決状況など）を総合的に評価して最適なものを提示します。これにより、開発者は多数の類似スキルから、信頼性が高く自分のユースケースに最も適したスキルを効率的に選択できるようになります。主にCodexエージェントでの利用を想定していますが、概念は他のエージェントにも応用可能です。
