AI Video Character Design
This stage is required even when the concrete character is unresolved. Never treat unresolved character identity as permission to omit the stage.
Follow this status flow:
unresolved → candidate_generated → character_selected → action_sheet_generated → user_approved → production_ready
Create a simplified anime or line-art explainer character suitable for repeated small-screen use. Prefer strong silhouette, limited detail, consistent hair/clothing/colors and readable gestures.
Before full production, present candidates or an action sheet for user approval. Then export each required pose as an independent transparent PNG rather than relying on a cropped sprite sheet.
Produce character-spec.md, an action sheet, and character-poses/. Validate face, hairstyle, clothing, body proportions, hands, line quality, transparent edges, crop bounds and consistency across poses. Reject misplaced limbs, stray fragments, stretching and any pose that obscures essential information.
