AI Video Calibration and Delivery

Calibrate all objects, not only boxes and lines: titles, text, captions, character, illustrations, cards, nodes, connectors, arrows, sliders, labels, icons, numbering, logos, decorations, motion paths and transitions.

Required review:

  • Verify consistent margins, safe areas, baselines, centers, connector endpoints and z-index.
  • Allow overlap only when it deliberately expresses containment, hierarchy, direction, ownership or process.
  • Reject collisions, clipping, drift, line/label intersections, packet/text intersections, sprite fragments and unexplained occlusion.
  • Inspect stable frames plus 25%, 50%, 75% and end states for complex motion; inspect transition start, midpoint and end.
  • Inspect frames from the rendered MP4, not only the HTML preview.
  • Run HyperFrames check and require zero issues.
  • Run caption coverage verification.
  • Run scripts/verify-video.ps1 on the final MP4.
  • Run scripts/extract-storyboard.ps1 and visually review the contact sheet.

Deliver a versioned MP4, storyboard, validation report and exact output paths. Never overwrite an approved version.
