1. TTS 生成（带词时间戳）→ timing.json；混合背景音（侧链压缩 −12 dB）与 whoosh/impact/ding 音效 → mix.wav。
2. 构建 HUD 界面（透明背景，window.__timelines.main 暂停的 GSAP 时间轴）。字幕位置：bottom:540px; left:60px; right:150px。在最后一个词结束后 2.2 秒添加订阅卡片。
3. python -m app.overlay page.html <total> work/ovl → 逐帧输出 PNG。
4. python -m app.cinematic test shotlist.json 60,150,… → 预览每个转场和峰值处的静态帧；确认无误后再进行完整渲染。
5. python -m app.cinematic render shotlist.json out.mp4（内置 loudnorm −14 响度标准化）。
