Individual skills in this repo

This repo contains 4 individual skills — each has its own dedicated page.

evemcgivern/agent-skills

Inspects a project's discovered agent instructions (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md) and skill definitions for static wiring problems, without loading, changing, or enabling them, and reports which installed skills are rarely or never called in local session logs. Use when asked "why isn't my skill loading", "check my agent setup", "diagnose skill discovery", "audit AGENTS.md and skills", or "which skills do I never use".

evemcgivern/agent-skills

Review an external PDF, image, screenshot, article, or URL against a repository's current issues and code to sort its ideas into new, already tracked, shipped, contradicted, or unverifiable, read-only by default. Use when the user asks to '/check-worth' or '$check-worth' a source, or asks whether an external idea is worth pulling into a repository as an issue or code change.

evemcgivern/agent-skills

Routes each task to a suitable model tier in Claude Code, Codex, or another agent that can start subagents on a chosen model (for example Gemini CLI or Antigravity CLI), following the user's routing preferences. Keeps small tasks local, delegates discovery, routine coding, and testing to cheaper subagents, and sends difficult decisions and risky reviews to a stronger one. Use when deciding whether to delegate, writing subagent handoffs, or setting routing preferences, or when asked to "save tokens", "use cheaper models", "fan out subagents", "stay inside my quota", or "efficient-frontier-routing help".

evemcgivern/agent-skills

Makes the most expensive model in a session the senior decision-maker, keeping its reasoning for intent, architecture, decomposition, tradeoffs, final review, and synthesis while cheaper agents handle discovery, implementation, tests, logs, and verification. Use when the active agent is Fable or another top-tier model, or when asked to "act as chief agent", "delegate the grunt work", or "save the expensive model for decisions".
