이 스킬은 특정 폴더 구조에서 AI 에이전트 스킬 파일(SKILL.md)을 읽어 JSON 형태로 분석하고 요약하는 결정론적 분석 라이브러리입니다. 개발자는 이 스킬을 사용하여 여러 에이전트 스킬을 표준화된 방식으로 추출하고, 메타데이터, 태그, 설명 등을 포함한 구조화된 요약을 얻을 수 있습니다. 주로 Claude Code, Cursor, Codex 등 AI 에이전트용 스킬 저장소 관리에 유용하며, CI/CD 파이프라인이나 스킬 마켓플레이스 구축에 활용될 수 있습니다. 입력 폴더를 지정하면 내부의 모든 SKILL.md를 재귀적으로 검색하여 각 스킬의 이름, 설명, 실행 명령어 등을 JSON 배열로 반환합니다.
