IM(인스턴트 메시징), 메일, 비테이블(Bitable), 회의록(Minutes) 등 다양한 소스에서 사용자 피드백을 수집하고, 유사한 피드백을 자동으로 클러스터링하여 우선순위가 지정된 백로그 항목을 생성합니다. 개발 팀은 이를 통해 사용자 요구사항을 체계적으로 파악하고 데이터 기반 의사 결정을 내릴 수 있습니다. 주로 CLI 기반으로 작동하며, Lark Open API와 연동되어 실시간 데이터 파이프라인을 구성합니다.
