このスキルは、ユーザーの履歴書（レジュメ）を分析し、就職面接の準備を支援します。具体的には、行動評価質問に効果的に対応するためのSTAR（状況、課題、行動、結果）形式のストーリーを自動生成します。また、面接でよく聞かれる質問とその回答の練習問題、さらには面接の際に覚えておくべき重要なトークポイント（自己PRの要点）を作成します。これにより、ユーザーは自身の経験を構造的に整理し、面接官に強い印象を与える準備が可能になります。主にClaude CodeやCodexなどのAIエージェントプラットフォーム上で動作し、履歴書ファイルを読み込むことで機能します。
