이 스킬은 사용자가 제출한 이력서를 분석하여 면접 준비를 위한 맞춤형 자료를 자동 생성합니다. 주로 STAR 방법론(상황, 과제, 행동, 결과)에 기반한 경험 스토리, 예상 면접 질문, 그리고 면접에서 강조할 핵심 발언 포인트를 제공합니다. 개발자, 관리자, 혹은 이직 준비생 누구나 자신의 경험을 체계적으로 정리하고 면접에서 효과적으로 발표할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 주로 Claude Code, Cursor, Codex 등의 AI 에이전트 플랫폼에서 사용되며, 에이전트가 스킬 설명(SKILL.md)에 따라 자동으로 이력서를 파싱하고 결과를 마크다운 형식으로 출력합니다.
