IsolatedStar0/skill-doctorは、AIエージェント（特にCodex）のスキルを計画的に進化させるためのプラットフォームです。このプラットフォームは、スキルの動作を観測し(Observable)、結果を特定のコードや変更に属性付け(Attributable)し、問題を発見して修復(Repairable)し、修正の効果を検証(Verifiable)するための仕組みを提供します。主にCodex CLIや類似のエージェント環境を対象としており、開発者はこのツールを使って自らのエージェントスキルを継続的に改善できます。動作原理としては、ベンチマーク（評価テスト）とスキル定義をペアで管理し、変更が生じた際に自動テストを実行して品質を担保します。これにより、スキルの品質低下を防ぎ、安全かつ反復可能な進化サイクルが実現されます。
