Finem-Group/finem-engineering は、プロジェクト内でのエンジニアリング作業の調整を目的としたAIエージェントスキルです。発見、アーキテクチャ、フロントエンド、バックエンド、データ、インフラストラクチャ、テスト、セキュリティ、リリース、運用といった様々な分野において、どのオリジナルのアップストリームスキルを参照すべきかを選択する役割を担います。これにより、各作業で適切な知識やベストプラクティスを適用できるようにします。特に、複数の技術領域が混在するプロジェクトで、作業の文脈に応じて正しいスキル（ファイルパスやツールを含む）を動的に解決する仕組みを提供します。Claude CodeのようなAIエージェントが作業指示を受けた際に、このスキルが「どのドメインのスキルを呼び出すか」を判断するためのルーティング役として機能します。
