このスキルは、Angularフレームワークを用いたアプリケーション開発において、バージョンに応じた適切な実装を支援するためのものです。プロジェクトの作業内容がフロントエンドの構築、パフォーマンス最適化、アクセシビリティ対応を含む場合に使用します。特に、スキルパックにバンドルされているオリジナルの「addy」および「angular」スキルを自動的に読み込み、それらの機能を統合して利用できるようにします。これにより、開発者はAngularプロジェクトのバージョンや要件に応じて、一貫性のある、効率的な開発支援を受けることが可能になります。主にAIアシスタント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど）のエージェントスキルとして機能し、コード生成、リファクタリング、ベストプラクティスの提案などを行います。
