このスキルは、Google Workspace上で次回のミーティングに必要な準備を自動化するワークフローです。具体的には、ミーティングのアジェンダの作成、参加者のリストアップ、関連ドキュメントのリンクを効率的に行います。Google CalendarやGoogle DocsなどのGoogle Workspaceサービスと連携し、会議前に必要な情報を整理することで、会議の生産性を向上させます。主にGoogle Cloud PlatformのWorkflows機能を使用して実装されており、開発者やパワーユーザーがカスタマイズして利用することを想定しています。
