Cette compétence pour agents IA automatise la préparation des réunions en intégrant un flux de travail Google Workspace. Elle génère un ordre du jour structuré, dresse la liste des participants pertinents à partir de votre calendrier, et lie automatiquement les documents Google Docs associés à la réunion.
