steipete/coding-agentは、AIエージェント（Codex、Claude Code、OpenCodeなど）をバックグラウンドワーカーとして活用し、コード作成や修正といった開発タスクを非同期で実行できるようにするスキルです。このスキルは、単なるファイル編集やコードの参照にとどまらず、複雑なコーディング作業を外部のAIエージェントに委任し、その結果を収集・統合するための基盤を提供します。主にClaude Codeや他のターミナルベースのAIエージェント環境で動作し、開発者は手動で介入することなく、バックグラウンドで効率的にコーディングタスクを処理できます。スキルの仕組みとしては、タスクをキューに登録し、利用可能なワーカーエージェントに割り当て、完了後に結果を返すというフローを採用しています。これにより、開発者は複数のタスクを並行して処理したり、時間のかかるコード生成を非同期に行ったりすることが可能になり、開発生産性を大幅に向上させます。
