このスキルは、[wacli](https://github.com/steipete/wacli) というツールを介して WhatsApp を操作するための機能を提供します。主に2つのユースケースをサポートします。1つは、通常のチャットとは異なり、サードパーティのメッセージ（例えば、別のアプリや自動化システムから送信されるメッセージ）を WhatsApp アカウントから送信することです。もう1つは、WhatsApp のチャット履歴をローカルに同期し、その履歴を検索することです。このスキルは、開発者が WhatsApp の履歴データを分析したり、カスタム通知を送信したりするのに役立ちます。wacli は WhatsApp Web のプロトコルをシミュレートする自作のツールであり、このスキルは主に CLI ツールとして動作し、コード生成やファイル操作を通じてメッセージ送信や同期を実現します。このスキルはどの AI エージェントプラットフォームでも利用できますが、特に Claude Code との連携を想定しています。
