このスキルは、sherpa-onnx を利用してオフラインでテキスト読み上げ（TTS）を実行します。クラウドサービスに依存しないため、インターネット接続が不要で、プライバシーを保護しながら高速に音声を生成できます。主に AI エージェント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codex など）の開発環境で使用され、テキストを自然な音声に変換するタスクをローカルで完結させます。C++ ベースの軽量 ONNX ランタイムを使用しており、様々なプラットフォームで動作可能です。これにより、ユーザーは外部 API やネットワーク遅延の影響を受けずに、安定した TTS 機能を実現できます。
