このスキルは、プルリクエスト（PR）やコードレビューのサイクルが完了し、マージ可能になるまで自動的に監視・確認を継続するエージェント機能を提供します。開発者が「このPRをマージできるまで見守って」や「CIが通るか確認し続けて」と指示した際に、thedotmack/babysitを呼び出すことで、PRのコメント、レビューのステータス、CIの実行結果を定期的にチェックし、すべてのアクション可能な問題（未解決のコメント、承認待ち、CIエラーなど）が解決されるまで待機します。主にClaude CodeやCursorなどのAIエージェント上で動作し、開発者が手動でPRの状態をポーリングする手間を省きます。仕組みとしては、エージェントがGitHub APIなどを利用してPRの状態を取得し、未解決項目が残っている場合はスリープしてから再度チェックするループを実行します。これにより、開発者は他のタスクに集中しながら、PRがマージ可能になったタイミングで通知を受けることができます。
