Was ist strip-image-ai-metadata?

Dieses Skill entfernt C2PA- und KI-bezogene Metadaten aus Bildern, die von Tools wie ChatGPT, DALL-E oder Midjourney erstellt wurden. Es verhindert, dass soziale Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Instagram oder X automatisch ein 'Erstellt von KI'-Label anzeigen. Der Prozess ist verlustfrei – die Bildqualität bleibt erhalten, da keine erneute Kodierung stattfindet. Unterstützt werden die Formate PNG, JPEG und WebP. Die Nutzung erfolgt über ein einfaches Python-Skript (`scripts/strip_c2pa.py`), das optional eine Inspektion der Metadaten, das Entfernen der C2PA-Manifeste und eine Verifikation durchführt. KI-Bildmetadaten entfernen

Plattformen wie LinkedIn lesen C2PA-Metadaten, die von KI-Bildgeneratoren (ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, usw.) eingebettet werden, und zeigen einen Herkunftshinweis an. Dieses Skill entfernt diese Metadaten ohne erneute Kodierung, sodass die Bildqualität erhalten bleibt.

  • JPEG: entfernt APP11-C2PA-Segmente und KI-bezogene APP1 (XMP/EXIF)-Segmente
  • WebP: entfernt C2PA-Chunks und C2PA-bezogene Nutzdaten

Schnellanwendung

Führen Sie das gebündelte Skript für ein oder mehrere Bilder aus:

Standardmäßig schreibt das Skript eine bereinigte Kopie mit einem neutralen Kamera-Dateinamen (IMG_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.<ext>) in dasselbe Verzeichnis und belässt das Original unverändert. Verwenden Sie -i/--in-place, um das Original zu überschreiben, oder -o für einen expliziten Ausgabepfad.

Arbeitsablauf

  1. Prüfung (optional): Wenn der Benutzer unsicher ist, ob ein Bild C2PA-Metadaten enthält, führen Sie Folgendes aus:

    strings bild.png | grep -i c2pa

    oder lesen Sie PNG-Chunks mit Python aus, um nach caBX zu suchen.

  2. Entfernen: Führen Sie scripts/strip_c2pa.py <Pfad> aus. Das Skript schreibt standardmäßig eine neutral benannte Kopie und meldet, was entfernt wurde.

  3. Überprüfung: Das Skript durchsucht automatisch die Ausgabe nach verbleibenden C2PA-/KI-Schlüsselwörtern und warnt, falls welche gefunden werden.

Was dieses Skill NICHT tut

  • Es entfernt keine sichtbaren Wasserzeichen, die in die Pixel eingebrannt sind.
  • Es entfernt keine standardmäßigen EXIF-Metadaten, es sei denn, sie enthalten KI-Attributionsschlüsselwörter.
  • Es kodiert nicht neu, daher bleiben Dateigröße und Bildqualität unverändert (außer durch die entfernten Metadaten).

Wann stattdessen neu kodiert werden sollte

Falls die Plattform nach dem Entfernen weiterhin ein KI-Label anzeigt, könnte die Zuschreibung in die Pixel eingebrannt oder in einem anderen Format als C2PA gespeichert sein. Dekodieren und kodieren Sie in diesem Fall mit ImageMagick neu:

convert eingabe.png -strip ausgabe.png

Dies ist für PNG verlustfrei, kann aber bei JPEG zu leichten Qualitätseinbußen führen.
