Registry Verify：針對佛羅里達記錄查詢企業

Registry Verify 會搜尋佛羅里達州公司部門（Florida Division of Corporations）的公開備案資料，查找公司名稱，並返回匹配的備案記錄及其來源檔案。對於每筆備案，還會顯示佛羅里達記錄中標記的本州（home state）、是否已提交當年度報告、以及我們記錄的最後狀態變更。將其用作「了解你的企業」（Know Your Business）流程中的註冊查核步驟。

何時使用

• 在支付發票、簽署合約、或入職位於佛羅里達州的供應商或客戶之前。
• 當使用者詢問某公司是否在佛羅里達州註冊、活躍或非活躍，或詢問其註冊代理人或主管時。
• 當使用者詢問佛羅里達州公司是否已提交本年度年度報告，或是否可能因未提交報告而被佛羅里達州解散時。
• 當一家州外公司（例如「德拉瓦州有限責任公司」）聲稱在佛羅里達州開展業務時。佛羅里達州會將其註冊為外國備案。

何時不使用

• 該企業與佛羅里達州無關。覆蓋範圍僅限佛羅里達州，因此搜尋結果無法提供其他州的資訊。
• 您需要驗證個人身份、篩選制裁名單或查詢信用。這僅是註冊查核。

發起呼叫

付款方式如同任何 x402 版本 2 資源：

付費牆運行在 Base 主網（eip155:8453）上，因此查詢需使用真實 USDC 支付。無論如何，請從 402 回應中讀取網路，並在付款前告知使用者他們將花費真實資金。

一次付費答案包含的內容

每次付費答案都包含以下部分：

• matches：最多五個候選的佛羅里達備案，按名稱相似度從高到低排列。每個項目都包含其備案欄位（文件編號、名稱、狀態、備案類型與日期、主要城市與郵遞區號、註冊代理人、主管）、佛羅里達來源檔案、其本州、年度報告狀態以及狀態歷史。
• dataset：我們搜尋的資料集。包含覆蓋範圍、我們持有的最早與最新佛羅里達每日檔案日期、最後一次載入資料的時間、以及資料是否過時。
• history_begins_on 和 history_note：我們狀態變更歷史涵蓋的起始日期，以及這對較舊備案的意義。
• same_name_across_home_states：在此結果中，佛羅里達備案和在其他州成立的備案共同持有的每個名稱。如果沒有則為空列表。

本州

• home_state 是佛羅里達記錄中為該備案標記的本州。對於佛羅里達公司，它是 Florida。對於州外公司，它是公司成立的州，並包含管理該註冊的辦公室及其官方企業搜尋連結。請閱讀 home_state.sentence 並引用它。state_country 是佛羅里達記錄中的原始代碼。
• 當佛羅里達記錄包含非美國州代碼（如 OC）時，home_state.code_decoded 為 false。佛羅里達發布了該欄位但未公布其使用的代碼，因此我們返回代碼並說明我們不知道其含義。請勿猜測，也請勿告訴使用者它是國家。請改為閱讀答案中已有的 principal_city 和 principal_zip，並說明佛羅里達記錄中公司的所在地，而非代碼可能代表的含義。

年度報告

佛羅里達要求每年在備案年度之後的 1 月 1 日至 5 月 1 日期間提交年度報告。若在 9 月的第三個星期五仍未提交，則該備案將在 9 月的第四個星期五被解散，或者對於在其他州成立的公司，其在佛羅里達的註冊將被撤銷。

• annual_report.sentence 說明佛羅里達檔案中關於本年度報告的內容。請閱讀並引用它。
• annual_report.state 可以是以下之一：
  • filed：本年度報告已存檔。句子會說明何時存檔，以及是否已過 5 月 1 日的截止日期。
  • due：本年度報告尚未存檔，且尚未超過 5 月 1 日。
  • late：已超過 5 月 1 日，但本年度報告尚未存檔。如果在 annual_report.dissolution_date 前仍未提交，佛羅里達將解散或撤銷。
