Registry Verify：在佛罗里达州记录中核查企业

Registry Verify 在佛罗里达州公司处（Florida Division of Corporations）的公开备案数据中搜索企业名称，返回匹配的备案记录及其来源文件。每条记录还会说明佛罗里达州记录中记载的所在州、该备案是否已提交佛罗里达州本年度年报，以及我们记录的上一次状态变更。适用于企业对客（KYB）流程中的注册记录核查步骤。

使用时机

• 在支付发票、签署合同或引入位于佛罗里达州的供应商或客户之前。
• 用户询问某公司在佛罗里达州是否注册、活跃或非活跃，或其注册代理人、高管是谁时。
• 用户询问某佛罗里达公司是否已提交本年度年报，或佛罗里达州是否可能因缺报而解散该公司时。
• 当一家外州公司（例如“一家特拉华州有限责任公司”）声称在佛罗里达州开展业务时。佛罗里达州将此类公司登记为外州备案。

不适用的场景

• 该企业与佛罗里达州无关联。覆盖范围仅限于佛罗里达州，因此搜索无法提供其他州的信息。
• 您需要验证个人身份、进行制裁筛查或信用评估。此技能仅用于注册记录查询。
• 您没有用于调用的预算。每次查询均需付费。如果用户未授权支付，请在付款前先征求同意。

发起调用

向 Proceeds 收费 URL 发送一个 GET 请求。将法定企业名称放入 name 参数中，并进行 URL 编码。

可选参数：home_state 接受一个两字母的美国州代码，例如 DE，当用户已认为该公司在该州成立时使用。在该州成立的备案将排在前面，并且当在该州成立的公司未找到佛罗里达州注册记录时，回答会明确说明。

支付方式与任何 x402 version 2 资源相同：

1. 第一次请求返回 402 Payment Required。JSON 主体和 PAYMENT-REQUIRED 标头列出了接受的支付方式：网络、资产、金额和收款方。
2. 您的 x402 客户端签署支付并重复相同的请求，同时附带支付信息。
3. Proceeds 结算支付并返回我们的 JSON 回答。

从 402 响应中读取网络和金额。不要假设它们。价格为 0.10 USDC（金额 100000，六位小数）。

支付墙运行在 Base 主网（eip155:8453）上，因此查询使用真实 USDC 支付。无论如何，请从 402 响应中读取网络，并在付款前告知用户他们正在花费真实资金。

Proceeds 在 https://docs.myproceeds.xyz/agents/overview.md 记录了兼容的代理钱包。

仅调用 Proceeds 收费 URL。没有其他 Registry Verify 路由接受支付，也不向买家颁发 API 密钥。

一次付费回答包含的内容

每次付费回答包含以下部分：

• matches：最多五个候选佛罗里达备案，名称最接近的排在最前。每个备案包含其自身的字段（文件编号、名称、状态、备案类型与日期、主要城市与邮政编码、注册代理人、高管）、来源的佛罗里达文件、所在州、年报状态以及状态历史。
• dataset：我们所搜索的数据集。覆盖范围、我们持有的佛罗里达州每日文件的最早和最晚日期、上次加载数据的时间，以及数据是否过时。
• history_begins_on 和 history_note：状态变更历史覆盖的起始日期及其对较早备案的意义。

年报

佛罗里达州要求每年 1 月 1 日至 5 月 1 日之间提交年报（针对备案年份之后的所有年份）。在 9 月第三个星期五仍未提交的备案，将在 9 月第四个星期五被解散，或者对于在其他州成立的公司，其佛罗里达注册将被撤销。
