O que é eightctl?

O eightctl é uma ferramenta de linha de comando para controlar pods Eight Sleep, permitindo que desenvolvedores e usuários automatizem o gerenciamento de temperatura, alarmes, horários e áudio do seu sistema de sono inteligente. Útil para integração com assistentes pessoais ou scripts de automação, o eightctl oferece comandos simples como `eightctl status` para verificar o estado atual, `eightctl temp 20` para ajustar a temperatura, e `eightctl alarm list|create|dismiss` para gerenciar alarmes.
