이 스킬은 주어진 저장소(repo)를 엔지니어링 스킬과 함께 사용할 수 있도록 초기 설정하는 도구입니다. 이슈 트래커, 트리아지 레이블 용어집, 도메인 문서 레이아웃을 자동으로 구성하여, 이후에 사용할 다양한 엔지니어링 스킬들이 원활히 작동할 수 있는 기반을 마련합니다. 주로 Claude Code, Cursor와 같은 AI 에이전트 플랫폼에서 사용되며, 각 플랫폼에 맞는 설정 파일을 생성하거나 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 저장소를 처음 셋업할 때 단 한 번 실행하면 되며, 이후 모든 엔지니어링 스킬이 일관된 환경에서 동작하도록 보장합니다. 이 스킬은 설치형 스킬이 아니라 저장소 구성 스크립트로서, SKILL.md 문서를 기반으로 필요한 모든 설정을 자동화합니다.
