이 스킬은 AI 에이전트(특히 Claude Code)가 작업을 실행하기 전에 반드시 세 단계의 사전 검증을 거치도록 강제하는 프롬프트 엔지니어링 스킬입니다. 첫째, '인지 확인(Cognition Check)' 단계에서는 AI가 현재 상황과 문맥을 올바르게 인지하고 있는지 점검합니다. 둘째, '요구사항 이해(Requirement Understanding)' 단계에서는 사용자가 실제로 원하는 것이 무엇인지 정확히 파악했는지 확인합니다. 셋째, '방법 탐색(Method Search)' 단계에서는 최적의 해결 방법을 탐색하고 실행 계획을 수립합니다. 이 스킬은 AI가 성급하게 코드를 수정하거나 명령을 실행하는 것을 방지하여 오류 가능성을 줄이고 더 정확한 결과를 도출하도록 돕습니다. 주로 Claude Code 환경에서 사용되며, 에이전트의 안정성과 신뢰성을 크게 향상시킵니다.
