このスキルは、AIエージェント（特にClaude Code向け）に対して、タスクを実行する前に「理解」を徹底させるためのものです。具体的には、コーディングや作業指示を行う前に、以下の3つのステップを強制します：1) 認知チェック（自身の知識や前提を確認）、2) 要件理解（ユーザーの意図を正確に把握）、3) 方法検索（最適な手法や実装方法を調査）。これにより、AIが早計な行動や誤った前提でコードを生成するリスクを低減し、より正確で信頼性の高い出力を実現します。主にClaude Codeで使用されることを想定しており、プロンプトエンジニアリングの一種として、AIの応答品質を向上させたい開発者に有用です。このスキルはSKILL.mdに基づき、指示の前にこれらのチェックを組み込むことで動作します。
