yand/skill-portは、AIエージェントのスキルやプラグインを、Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなどの異なるエージェントエコシステム間で監査・移植するためのツールです。このスキルは、あるエコシステム向けに作られたスキルを別のエコシステムで動作するように変換したり、既存のスキルの機能を分析・文書化したりするのに役立ちます。特に、複数のAIエージェントプラットフォームを横断して開発するエンジニアにとって重要であり、コードベースの違いや設定方法の差異を理解した上で移植作業を効率化します。SKILL.mdの内容に基づき、このスキルは移植対象のスキルを読み取り、適切な形式に変換するためのガイドラインを提供します。
