このスキルは、OpenHuman プラットフォーム向けのエージェントスキルレジストリです。インストール可能なスキルを管理するための `index.json` カタログを提供し、スキルの発見とインストールを効率化します。主に AI エージェント（Claude Code や Cursor など）がスキルを参照し、利用できるようにするための基盤として機能します。レジストリ内のスキルはそれぞれ SKILL.md 形式のドキュメントを持ち、エージェントが自律的に理解して実行できる仕様になっています。
