このスキルは、AIエージェント向けのスキル定義ファイル（SKILL.md）を解析・検証・品質評価するためのツールセットです。agentskills.io仕様に準拠したパーサーとバリデーターを備え、スキルファイルの構文チェックやメタデータの正確性を確認できます。さらに、BM25アルゴリズムを用いたスキルルーティング機能により、与えられたクエリに対して最も関連性の高いスキルを効率的に選択することが可能です。特筆すべき点として、LLM（大規模言語モデル）への依存を完全に排除した設計であり、軽量かつ高速に動作します。対応プラットフォームとしてClaude Code、Cursor、Codexなどの主要なAIエージェント環境での利用を想定しており、開発者はこのツールを使ってスキルの品質管理や検索の最適化を実現できます。
