facebook/verifyスキルは、コミット前にReactプロジェクトの変更を検証するためのツールです。このスキールを利用すると、すべてのReactコントリビューション要件（リンター、テスト、型チェックなど）が満たされているかどうかを自動的にチェックできます。主にReactの開発環境（標準的なNode.js/npmベース）で動作し、プロジェクトの品質を維持しながら効率的な開発フローを実現します。開発者はコミット前にこのスキルを呼び出すことで、CIパイプラインで後から問題が発見されるリスクを低減できます。
