xstitchは、複数のAI開発ツール間でコンテキストを共有・永続化するためのクロスツールメモリシステムです。Cursor、Claude Code、Codex、Gemini CLI、Windsurf、GitHub Copilotを含む9つ以上のツールをサポートし、決定事項、失敗した実験、警告などをセッションを越えて保持します。これにより、毎回同じ説明を繰り返す必要がなくなります。BM25関連性検索を使用して、環境変数や設定ファイルに基づいて最も関連性の高い情報を自動的に取得し、エージェントのコンテキストに注入します。ゼロ依存関係で設計されており、MCP（Model Context Protocol）と専用の指示ファイル（CLAUDE.md、.cursorrulesなど）を活用して動作します。開発者は`stitch`を使用して明示的にメモリを保存したり、xstitchが自動的にメモリを管理したりできます。
