このスキルは、開発者がAIエージェント（Claude Code、Cursor、Codexなど）を使用してOfftimeのデータやサービスと対話できるようにするためのツールセットです。具体的には、Offtime APIを呼び出してユーザーのオフライン時間データを取得・操作したり、サービスの設定を変更したりするための指示（スキル）を提供します。これにより、エージェントはユーザーに代わってOfftimeの機能を実行できるようになり、効率的なワークフロー管理が可能になります。対応プラットフォームは現在のところ汎用的で、SKILL.mdに基づいてエージェントに読み込ませることで機能します。
