このスキルは、Claude Code環境において、各プロジェクトのコンテキストに基づいて不要なスキルを自動的に検出し無効化することで、トークン消費を最適化し、ワークフローを効率化します。AIエージェントが多数のスキルを読み込むことで発生する無駄なトークン消費や、プロジェクトと関連のないスキルによるノイズを軽減します。主にClaude Codeを対象としており、プロジェクト固有の依存関係や設定ファイルを解析して、必要なスキルのみを自動管理します。これにより、開発者は手動でスキルを管理する手間から解放され、よりスムーズな開発体験を得られます。
