Mnemoverse は、VS Code 内で AI コーディングアシスタントに持続的なメモリを提供する拡張機能です。OAuth ベースの認証を採用し、Claude Code、ChatGPT、Cursor など複数の AI ツールとの同期を可能にします。これにより、開発者はセッションをまたいでプロジェクトのコンテキストや設定を維持し、AI の支援をより一貫性のあるものにできます。主に VS Code 上で動作し、拡張機能のインストールと OAuth 認証により、他の AI ツールとシームレスに連携する永続的な記憶層を実現します。
