このスキルは、mechanics-core ライブラリの機能を HTTP エンドポイントとして公開するサーバーラッパーです。開発者は RESTful API を介して mechanics-core の機能にアクセスできるようになり、CLI やローカルライブラリではなくネットワーク経由で操作したい場合に有用です。主に Rust プロジェクト向けで、HTTP リクエストを通じて mechanics-core の機能を呼び出し、その結果を JSON などで返します。サーバーの起動、エンドポイントの定義、リクエストのルーティングといった仕組みを提供し、mechanics-core をサービスとしてデプロイする基盤となります。
