このスキルは、MathWorks が提供する公式の MATLAB MCP (Model Context Protocol) サーバーです。AI アプリケーションや開発エージェント（Claude Code や VS Code など）が MATLAB の計算エンジンに直接アクセスできるようにします。MATLAB スクリプトの実行、ワークスペース変数の操作、ファイルの読み書き、グラフや図の生成、任意の MATLAB 関数の呼び出しといった操作を、エージェントが自然言語の指示を通じて行えます。これにより、エンジニアやデータサイエンティストは、AI アシスタントを使った対話的な数値解析、シミュレーション、可視化のワークフローを構築できます。サーバーは MCP プロトコルに従って動作するため、Claude Code、Cursor、VS Code（GitHub Copilot 経由）など、MCP 対応の任意のエージェントと統合可能です。インストールは npm パッケージとして提供されており、MATLAB の実行環境（R2024a 以降推奨）と適切なライセンスが必要です。
