luongs3/skill-atlas は、公開されているAIエージェントスキルをジョブ（役割）ごとに整理し、信頼度で評価したインデックスです。このスキルを使うと、あなたのエージェントは特定のタスクに対してどのスキルをロードすべきか、そしてそれらのスキルを信頼してよいか（ソースの信頼性、コミュニティでの評判、最終更新日など）を判断できます。主に Claude Code, Cursor, Codex などの AI エージェントプラットフォームで動作し、開発者は作業効率を大きく向上させることができます。SKILL.md に基づき、このスキルはエージェントが自律的に必要なツールを選択・評価するための「スキルカタログ」として機能します。
