このスキルは、Claude Code の設定をスコープ（プロジェクト、グローバルなど）に基づいて表示・編集できるビューア/エディタです。設定、ルール、スキル、MCP（Model Context Protocol）など、Claude Code が使用するさまざまな設定項目を簡単に確認・変更できます。これにより、開発者はCLIや手動編集に頼らず、効率的に設定管理を行うことが可能です。Claude Code と連携し、設定ファイルのパスを指定するか、自動検出された設定を操作することで利用できます。JSONやYAMLなどのフォーマットに対応し、変更内容は即座に反映されます。
