このスキルは、韓国のインターネット登記所（IROS）で法人または不動産の登記事項証明書（登記事項証明書）の発行プロセスを自動化・補助するためのツールです。ユーザーがブラウザ上で直接ログインと決済を行うフローに組み込みながら、証明書の選択（カート追加）、閲覧、保存といった操作を安全かつ効率的に支援します。主にClaude CodeやCursor、CodexなどのAIエージェントと連携して動作し、ユーザーは面倒な繰り返し作業をスキップできます。仕組みとしては、まず必要な証明書の種類や対象（法人名・不動産情報）を指定して発行を準備し、その後ユーザーが実際の認証・支払いをブラウザで行う間、エージェントがブラウザの状態を監視しながら後続の操作を誘導・実行します。これにより、手動操作の手間を大幅に削減しつつ、セキュリティを損なわずにサービスを利用できます。
