このスキルは、Claude Code が生成する JSONL 形式の会話トランスクリプトをリアルタイムで監視し、アシスタントの中間思考（思考プロセスや部分的な応答）を Telegram チャンネルに転送するプラグインです。開発者は Claude Code の内部動作を外部の Telegram チャットで可視化できるため、デバッグやモニタリング、チーム共有に役立ちます。主に Claude Code 環境で動作し、設定は簡単で、トランスクリプトファイルのパスと Telegram ボットトークン、チャンネルIDを指定するだけで利用可能です。JSONL ファイルの追尾（tail）機能により、新たなトランスクリプト行が追加されるたびに自動的に Telegram へメッセージが送信されるため、手動操作なしで継続的な監視が実現します。
