froggychips/sre-ai-copilotは、Kubernetes環境におけるインシデント対応を自動化するAIコパイロットです。AlertManagerのWebhookを受信すると、分析、仮説生成、批評、修正提案、リスク評価からなるマルチエージェントパイプラインを起動し、最終的なアクションは人間の承認を待ちます。FastAPI + Celery + LLMを基盤とし、指定されたKubernetes名前空間内でのみ操作を実行するガードレール機構を備えています。これにより、SREチームは迅速かつ安全にインシデントの根本原因を特定し、修復案を検討できるため、MTTR（平均修復時間）の短縮と運用負荷の軽減に貢献します。
