このスキルは、AIエージェント（Codexなど）が作成したカスタムスキルをGitHubリポジトリにアップロードして公開するためのものです。通常、スキル開発者は手動でリポジトリを作成しファイルをプッシュする必要がありますが、このスキルを使うとエージェントが自動的にGitHubのAPIを利用してリポジトリを作成し、必要なファイル（README.mdやSKILL.mdなど）をコミットできます。これにより、スキルの配布と共有のプロセスが大幅に効率化されます。主にCodexプラットフォーム向けに設計されていますが、同様の機能を持つ他のAIエージェントでも応用可能です。
