このスキルは、開発者が日常のワークフローから得た教訓（知恵）を構造化して保存し、後から簡単に検索・再利用できるようにします。特にCodexエージェント上で動作し、ユーザーが定義した設定に基づいて、教訓の自動抽出や提案を行います。例えば、新しいプロジェクトを開始する際や特定の問題に直面したときに、過去の類似経験から得たベストプラクティスをタイムリーに提示することが可能です。これにより、チーム内の暗黙知を形式知化し、作業効率と品質の向上を促進します。設定可能な仕組みにより、ユーザーは自分のワークフローに合わせてスキルの動作をカスタマイズできます。
