このスキルは、OpenAI の Whisper モデルをローカル環境で実行するためのものです。APIキーを必要とせず、完全にオフラインで音声ファイルからテキストを書き起こすことができます。`whisper` コマンドを介して、様々な音声フォーマット（MP3、M4A など）を入力として受け付け、テキストや字幕（SRT）などのフォーマットで出力します。`--model` オプションでモデルサイズを選択でき、速度を優先するか精度を優先するかを調整可能です。初回実行時にモデルが自動ダウンロードされ、以降はキャッシュされます。開発者やAIエージェントユーザーにとって、外部サービスに依存せずに音声データを処理できる点が大きな利点です。
