このスキルコレクションは、AIエージェント（Claude Code, Cursor, Codexなど）が新しいリポジトリを効率的に初期設定するための3つのスキルを提供します。readme-authorは標準的なREADMEファイルを自動生成し、repo-licenseは適切なオープンソースライセンスを設定し、repo-createはリポジトリ全体のスキャフォールディング（ディレクトリ構造、CI設定、ドキュメントテンプレート）をワンステップで行います。特にDSH（Developer Scaffolding Hub）プロジェクトのテンプレートに最適化されており、各スキルは個別に使用することも、連携して一貫性のあるリポジトリを構築することも可能です。これにより、手動による定型作業を削減し、ベストプラクティスに沿ったリポジトリの立ち上げを迅速化します。
