このスキルは、開発者が画面操作タスクを記録し、それをAIエージェントが実行可能な再利用可能なスキルや自動化ワークフローに変換するためのツールです。GitHub Copilot CLIと連携して動作し、記録された操作を基にAIエージェントが理解・実行できる形式のスキル定義（SKILL.md）を自動生成します。主な用途としては、定型的な開発作業やデプロイ手順の自動化、チーム内でのナレッジ共有、繰り返し作業の効率化などが挙げられます。これにより、開発者は手動でスキルを記述する手間を省き、実際の操作から直接AIエージェント用のスキルを生成できるため、開発効率が大幅に向上します。
